Screening of Candidates

We do the pre-qualification process by interviewing the candidate and gathering pertinent documents confirming skills and qualifications, as well as verifying its authenticity making sure that he/she is fit for the position as per client’s qualification requirements.

We determine and choose the best qualified candidate for the position to be submitted to the client for final interview if needed. We conduct practical exams and in-house trainings as part of our selection process.
